As rarely happens in a SHIK report, which the newspaper is publishing as documentary material, the names of the union leaders are also given, but what is more important is that the scenario is clearly laid out, showing how the strike committee organized its demands toward the authorities. These and many other details, although incomplete, appear in the secret report dated 5.10.1997 with prot. no. 1164. The published report presents the persons and the situation at the enterprise. The report bears the note "top secret" and is addressed to Deputy Prime Minister Bashkim Fino. In a side note by the head of government, Bashkim Fino, this report is forwarded to the director of SHIK, Vllasi Zaho, to take measures.
